On Tuesday April 14th join us at The Admiral as we host Breaking Ground- an evening of food and drink celebrating bright, spring flavors in a blooming community. Chef Simone Jaramillo of @thegardenavl blends her New Mexican roots with the Appalachian landscape by sourcing locally through collaborations with WNC farmers and her own foraging. Simone’s deep relationship to the natural environment helps her create dishes that tell stories of community and abundance.
Tickets will include a five course meal which includes dessert and a cocktail.
